Application / Usage / Function
4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid can promote the biosynthesis and biological transfer in plants. It can not only prevent flower and fruit dropping, increase fruit setting rate, increase fruit growth speed, promote early maturity, but also achieve the purpose of improving plant quality, and it also has the function of herbicide. It is mainly used in tomatoes, grapes, vegetables, to improve the yield and quality of crops, and has great practical value.
4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid is a phenoxy plant growth regulator with auxin activity. It is absorbed by roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits, the biological activity lasts for a long time. Its physiological effect is similar to that of endogenous auxin. It stimulates cell division and tissue differentiation, stimulate ovary enlargement, induce single fruit, form seedless fruit, promote fruit setting and fruit enlargement, induce seedless fruit, prevent flower and fruit drop, promote fruit development, mature earlier, increase yield, improve quality, etc.
It is mainly used for tomatoes to prevent flower and fruit falling off. It can also used to increase production and income of various crops such as eggplant, pepper, grape, citrus, rice, wheat and so on.
It can also enhance storability and reduce the defoliation of vegetables during storage
